- Located at a busy intersection in Milwaukee's Bayview area.
- Designed to serve a high-traffic neighborhood location.
Layton Petro Mart, LLC
- Gas station and convenience store designed as one unified architectural experience.
- Signature curved roof creates a distinctive identity visible from a distance.
- Translucent roof provides natural light and weather protection.
- Exposed tongue-and-groove wood adds warmth to the interior experience.
- Curved architectural elements continue through plan, section and elevation.
- Designed to perform effectively in high wind and snow conditions.
- At night, the illuminated roof and transparent walls create a visible neighborhood presence.
Evergreen Fuel Stop & Food Mart
- Mega Mobil gas station development.
- Includes a truck stop facility.
- Includes a liquor store and mini grocery store.
- Developed within a high-potential TIF district.
